Overview

This shipping policy applies to all wholesale orders placed through our store. Our logistics are structured around case-based distribution to ensure efficient handling, reduced freight costs, and reliable delivery timelines.

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

BC Lower Mainland – Prepaid Freight

We offer prepaid shipping for qualifying wholesale orders within the BC Lower Mainland.

Minimum Order: 6 cases
Service Area Includes:
- Vancouver
- Surrey
- Burnaby
- Richmond
- Coquitlam
- Langley
- North Vancouver
- West Vancouver
- White Rock
- New Westminster
- Port Moody
- Port Coquitlam
- Maple Ridge
- Pitt Meadows
- Delta

Orders meeting the minimum will be shipped via our contracted courier network at no additional freight cost.

All Other Regions (British Columbia & Canada)

For all other shipping destinations within Canada:

Minimum Order: 10 cases
Coverage: All provinces and territories within Canada

Orders that meet this threshold qualify for prepaid freight, arranged through our logistics partners.

Orders Below Minimum Quantities

Orders that do not meet the required case minimums will be handled as follows:

Freight charges will be calculated and added to the order
Shipments will be fulfilled via Canada Post
Shipping labels will be generated through Shopify and applied by our team
Orders will be deposited at the nearest Canada Post facility for delivery

We strongly recommend consolidating orders to meet MOQ thresholds and avoid additional freight costs.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Standard processing time: 1–3 business days
Orders are shipped once payment is confirmed
High-volume orders may require additional handling time
Tracking details will be provided upon shipment

Delivery & Logistics

All shipments are FOB shipping point unless otherwise agreed in writing
Risk transfers to the buyer once the order has been handed to the carrier
Delivery timelines vary by region and carrier performance

Shipping Limitations

Shipping is available within Canada only
We do not currently offer international shipping
Remote or rural locations may be subject to extended delivery times or additional surcharges
